We focus on improving your overall strength, mobility & conditioning via a structured program based on periodization cycles.
Periodization works on the concept of overload and adaptation. When you stress your body over time, recover and then stress it again, you will get fitter. Whether you plan to compete at the Olympics or your weekend tournament, this is how you improve your overall strength & health.
In addition to programming appropriate cycles of work & rest, we also have a laser focus on form & technique. Exercise and weightlifting are great for you, as long as you’re doing it right. We make sure you do, so that you get the full benefit of your hard work.
