Try before you buy

Not everyone has the same needs. Not every personal trainer can best meet your requirement for personal training servces. We recognize that fact. That’s why grtr fitness offers 2 free “try before you buy” sessions.

 

How do you like to train?

Some people like to have personal attention from a trainer. Some people like to be coached while working out with friends. Some people don’t need hands on attention – just a little guidance. Our personal training services are designed to accomodate those needs.

 

How often?

Your personal program can target 3, 4 or 5 sessions per week. You can train with our trainer every one of those sessions, or none of them. It all depends on how much quidance and motivation you need .

Training

1 : 1 Training

1:1 Training puts the “personal” in personal training. You get a weekly custom program and your skilled & certified trainer will work only with you for as many of those sessions as you would like.

If you need motivation, technical guidance and an expert coach, this is the package for you.

Group Training

If you like to train with a friend for extra motivation, group training is your ticket.

Your group (2-3 people) gets motivation, technical guidance and an expert coach, along with weekly custom programs. Your skilled & certified trainer will work only your group for as many of those sessions as you would like.

Youth Training

If you have a young athlete in the family (or are one), you know that training with proper form and technique is crucial at the early stages of the athletic journey.

Training with a coach who is an expert at working with youth athletes will ensure that they maximize the outcome of their training while minimizing the risk of injury. 

Youth athlete training can be done 1:1 with the coach or in groups of 2. Training with an expert will help youth athletes achieve their athletic potential, no matter their chosen sport.

Have you been working out for a while? You put in the gym time and your form is good, but you’re not getting the results you want? It’s time to have an expert program your weekly workout for you.

Your custom weekly program is individually designed based on the science of periodization, where your training program is broken down into meso and microcycles to help you most efficiently achieve your goals.
